Learning Optimal Bayesian Networks Using Admissible Heuristic Search (C++)
Learning optimal Bayesian Networks structure is a NP-hard problem. We formulated it as the shortest path finding problem, and have adapted several graph search algorithms, such as A*, BFS and DFS, to find optimal Bayesian network structures. The work results in 3 scientific papers accepted by the AAAI-2015, UAI-2014 and AAAI-2014.
